Speaker’sProfile:

Mr. Tang Dianxin, graduated from the major of Chinese of the School of Literature and Journalism in 2008. He serves as Manager of Integrated Management Department of Hevol Group, Hunan Branch, mainly responsible for the planning and operations, overall human resource work, overall management on daily administrative work, and legal coordination of the company. He well knows the whole real estate development processes and relevant systems and have unique insights into business process development and system construction within a company; he possesses solid theoretical knowledge on human resources and good practical experience in recruitment, salary, training, and assessment; he is familiar with administrative workflow, good at writing official documents, and experienced in documentation, conference organization, reception, archives, rear services, corporate culture promotion and other administrative work.

Speaker’sexperience:

Since May 2018, he has been serving as Manager of Integrated Management Department of Hevol Group, Hunan Branch.

From July 2015 to April 2018, he served as Manager of Integrated Management Department of Hevol Group, Hainan Branch.

From September 2004-July 2008, he majored in Chinese at HUTB.

From April 2008 to November 2010, he worked as a second-level human resource professional.
