Speaker’s Profile:
Liang Xiaowan now serves as General Manager of Klein Education Consulting Co., Ltd. andacted as President of Longre Training School in Changsha.
He graduated from the international trade major of Hunan University of Commerce in 2013. He has sponsored the University’s only scholarship fund for studying abroad. So far, this fund has supported two batches of students’ studying abroad.
He participated in the cooperative exchange project jointly held by the School of Law & Public Administration of HUTB and the University of Manchester and actively promoted the “International Arbitration” program.
He has worked in the education industry for 6 years. During this period, he actively participated in social welfare activities. Now he is Director of the Public Relations Department for Prevention of Child Abduction and Violence under the Changsha Care-for-Next-Generation Work Committee. He organized nearly 30 anti-abduction and anti-violence activities which benefited nearly 2,000 children and parents. He also actively participated in the application for and implementation of the projects of the Association for Promotion of Ex-servicemen’s Employment and Entrepreneurship. He now works as the leader of the Association’s “Shichuanghui” project which involves a series of convenient services for ex-servicemen’s entrepreneurship.
