Speaker’s Profile:

    Dr. Li Keqin is a member of the European Academy of Sciences, IEEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow, AAAS Fellow, distinguished professor of the State University of New York and national specially-appointed at Hunan University. In 2011, he was appointed as the Gaozhi Lecture Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Information Science and Technology of Tsinghua University, and in 2014 he was appointed as a part-time professor at the Collaborative Innovation Center of National University of Defense Technology. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and graduated from the University of Houston in the United States in 1990 with a Ph.D. in Computer Science. In 2021, he was ranked third in the United States and fourth globally on the lifetime scientific impact rankings in the field of parallel and distributed computing (the only Chinese scientist in the top five). He is also an editorial board member of famous and top academic journals such as ACM Computing Surveys, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, and IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Computing. Currently, his research focuses on topics such as fog computing, high-efficiency computing and communication, heterogeneous computing systems, big data computing, and computer system architecture. He has published more than 900 papers in international authoritative journals and conferences, including over 260 IEEE/ACM Transactions/Journals papers and over 120 CCF-A class papers.
