HUTB teachers and students participating in the 2022 Summer “Sanxiaxiang Program” Social Practice Activities set off.
Rednet Moment, July 6 (Reported by Reporter Pan Jin and Correspondent Yang Lei) On July 6, HUTB held the kick-off ceremony of the 2022 Summer “Sanxiaxiang Program” Social Practice Activities. Chen Xiao Hong, CAE Academician and HUTB Party Secretary, Xiao Xiaoqin, Vice Party Secretary of HUTB, and Gan Dejian, Vice President of HUBT, attended the ceremony. The heads of all the secondary schools and relevant functional departments as well as the teacher and student representatives from 183 summer “Sanxiaxiang Program” practice teams participated in the activities.
In her mobilization speech, Chen Xiaohong wished all the students participating in the Summer “Sanxiaxiang Program” Social Practice Activities to establish firm ideals, study and think hard, and write a brilliant chapter of youth in the social practice. She encouraged all the students to combine personal ideals with the social development and national needs, reaffirm their commitment to life goals and lofty ideals in the social melting pot with the “Sanxiaxiang Program” social practice as the carrier, and strive to become ambitious, backboned and confident youngsters in the new era. She wished all the students to combine learning with application, be earnest and practical, and hone their skills in grass-roots service. She motivated all the students to solve practical problems with expertise, use their intelligence and wisdom to provide advice and suggestions on rural revitalization, and use their solid professional knowledge to make active contributions to the local economic and social development. She wished all the students to focus on results, condense features, enhance HUTB’s reputation in brand cultivation, make HUTB’s voice heard in practice, tell a good story of HUTB, and exhibit HUTB’s charisma.
In the activities, Ma Xuan, a student from the School of Public Administration and Human Geography, spoke as the student representative. Li Jinxu, a student from the School of Art & Design, led all the students to swear a solemn oath. Chen Xiaohong presented a flag to the student representative, and announced the departure of HUTB teachers and students participating in the 2022 Summer “Sanxiaxiang Program” Social Practice Activities.
