On May 20, the university held its 2025 Graduate "100-Day Sprint for Employment" initiative and special job fair for well-known enterprises at the Feiyang Sports Field in the South Campus, delivering a uniquely memorable "career-day romance" to graduating students.

The job fair attracted over 200 leading enterprises—including China Unicom, Hunan Provincial No.5 Engineering Co., Ltd., TRS Group, Dahan Group, Lens Technology, Talkweb, Huasheng, and Baker Tilly International—offering 10,000+ positions spanning most academic disciplines at our university. This diverse array of opportunities underscores the university’s strong appeal and extensive influence in engaging top-tier employers.

The job fair buzzed with energy as 2025 graduating seniors, second-year master’s students, and even junior undergraduates actively engaged with potential employers. Students moved purposefully between exhibition booths, engaging recruiters in dynamic exchanges as they meticulously matched their academic expertise and career aspirations with tailored employment opportunities.

The job fair featured dedicated service zones for resume diagnostics, career coaching, policy consultations, and AI-powered employment enhancement. The Resume Diagnostics and Grassroots Employment Policy Zone featured dedicated mentor teams providing one-on-one resume reviews and policy briefings—equipping graduates with polished professional profiles and up-to-the-minute insights on public service career opportunities. The Career Guidance Zone offered comprehensive services including vocational counseling, employment strategy sessions, and mock interview training reservations—empowering graduates to refine career roadmaps and sharpen job-market competitiveness. Additionally, the AI Interview Simulation Zone leveraged cutting-edge artificial intelligence to immerse graduates in hyper-realistic mock interviews—sharpening their presentation skills and amplifying their competitive edge in the job market.

Timed with May 20—a date symbolizing affection in Chinese culture—the university unveiled a special "Gratitude & Aspirations" tribute wall, where students penned heartfelt messages: thanking their alma mater’s nurturing, envisioning future career journeys, and leaving warm encouragements for younger peers.

This job fair stands as a pivotal initiative by our university to implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's directives on graduate employment, aligning with the key priorities outlined at the 2025 national graduate employment advancement conference. Seizing this critical sprint period, the university is mobilizing all resources to ensure the 2025 graduating class achieves both high-quality and comprehensive employment outcomes. During the May-August "100-Day Sprint for Employment" phase, the university will implement a comprehensive, uninterrupted employment service system through: deepening university-enterprise collaboration to expand high-quality positions, organizing intensive sector-specific recruitment fairs, upgrading one-on-one career planning guidance, and providing targeted support for disadvantaged groups—building a solid career bridge for graduates to realize their professional aspirations.
