Speaker’s Profile:
Fu Haibo served as executive for large corporations such as Kelon and TCL, and now serves as the brand and marketing consultant for many large and medium enterprises and the senior coach and mentor for a lot of enterprises and universities.
For 20 years, he has dedicated himself to the brand and marketing practice of domestic enterprises, particularly the construction and standardization of marketing system for private and family-owned enterprises, as well as the transformation and upgrading of brand. He proposed the “three rules of discipline and eight points for attention” in the transformation and upgrading of SMEs, which is regarded as the “Secret Weapon (KuiHuaBaoDian)” for Chinese enterprises undertaking transformation and upgrading.
His 3C theoretical model of terminal precision marketing is considered as the “hardcore weapon” for terminal channels to win in the era of stock economy. The structural marketing theory proposed by him has become an engine for domestic enterprises to build the sustainable profit growing ability.
