Speaker’s Profile:
Lin Bohu, founder of Tiger Class.
He graduated from Oxford University with the master’s degree in regional studies and Nanjing University with the master’s degree in civil and commercial law and the bachelor’s degree in British and American literature. He now serves as the training expert for the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education, the judge for the Campus Newspaper Award of China Daily, and the contracted anchor for Ximalaya quality program. Prior to starting his own business, Lin Bohu worked in Shanghai and Hong Kong financial industries, and served as the management trainee and the chief market development manager for Hong Kong in the headquarters of the Bank of Communications. He established Tiger Class in 2016, and advocates “combining English study with international perspective, and the precedence of seeing the world with English over passing English examination”. He has long engaged in the translation and popularization of serious foreign media such as the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal and original books. He uses his special column to share political news and interesting cultural hotspots with more 250,000 readers. He carries out cooperation with prestigious knowledge payment/English study platforms such as Ximalaya and China Daily. He is full of curiosity, and loves eating hot pot.
