Speaker’s Profile:
Liu Zeng served as the Wushu Association and class president during his stay in HUTB, and received the title of “Excellent Graduate”. He now serves as the co-founder and director of the Strategic Development Committee of Jingshi (Changsha) Law Firm, deputy secretary-general of the Changsha Alumni Association of HUTB, and deputy secretary-general of the Alumni Association of the School of Law & Public Administration.
Ju Kan, co-founder of Jingshi (Changsha) Law Firm, specializes in capital market legal service and corporate legal consulting service. With years of experience as a lawyer, he hosted and participated in legal service for IPO, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd., bond issuance, top-level design of equity structure, investment, financing and M&A, and provided legal consulting service to dozens of small, medium and large enterprises. In this process, he gained deep knowledge of various industries, and now focuses on the reconstruction of corporate business mode.
Wang Sheng served as class president during his stay in HUTB. He now serves as the co-founder of Jingshi (Changsha) Law Firm, director of the Legal Affairs of Private Enterprise Department, and special lecturer of Jingshi Changsha Lecturer Group.
