Speaker’s Profile: Xiao Zhixiong, 2013 class alumni of HUTB, president of Hunan Xinfa Food Co., Ltd., delegate to the 15th municipal people’s congress of Hengyang, advanced individual of the poverty alleviation base, excellent typical figure of Hunan college student employment and entrepreneurship. The “Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni is more than Vegetable Project” presided over by Xiao Zhixiong received the first prize of the poverty alleviation category of the 4th China Entrepreneurship and Innovation Contest. The company founded by Xiao Zhixiong developed the first domestic drying equipment for Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni, which was granted 10 national invention patents. The company is the sole national key leading enterprise of agriculture industrialization in Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni, and a national high-tech enterprise. The company built the first Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni museum in China, and took the lead in revising the national standard for Hemerocallis Citrina Baroni.
