Researcher at the China Institute of International Studies; Deputy Secretary-General and Director of Research at the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association; Council Member of the Chinese Association for South Asian Studies; currently serving as Director of the Department for American Studies and concurrently as Director of the Center for Arms Control and International Security at the China Institute of International Studies.
