Speaker’s Profile:

Zhao Shuming, Senior Professor of Humanities and Social Sciences of Nanjing University, Honorary Dean of Business School, Dean of Zhixing College, Doctoral Supervisor, President of Jiangsu Human Resources Society. Professor Zhao Shuming is also the vice chairman of the Steering Committee of Business Administration Education of the Ministry of Education, the third chairman of the International Association of Chinese Management Research (IACMR), the vice president of the Chinese Academy of Management, and the evaluation expert of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Found of China. Professor Zhao Shuming was listed in the "Ten Million Talent Project" (at the first and second levels), the "Cross-century Excellent Talents Training Program" of the Ministry of Education, and the Chief Scientist of the "333 Project" of Jiangsu Province. He has won the first prize from the Ministry of Education of the outstanding achievements in humanities and social sciences, the first prize of the outstanding achievements in philosophical and social sciences in Jiangsu Province, the first prize of outstanding teaching in Jiangsu Province, and won the President's Medal from the University of Missouri in the US, the Fudan Management Award for Outstanding Contribution, and the Famous Social Science Expert in Jiangsu.
