Speaker’s Profile:
Gao Hui, a seasoned human resources expert and President of Shanghe Education Group. He serves as a social mentor at Hunan University and China University of Political Science and Law. He has previously held positions as Assistant to the Chairman, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Dean of the School of Management at Zoomlion. He has also served as the Head of Human Resources in three of China's top 500 enterprises: Skyworth Group, Oriental Yuhong, and Zoomlion. With 30 years of experience, he has been dedicated to human resources research and work. Drawing on his professional experience and life insights, Gao Hui has been a prolific writer for many years. He has authored several management-related works, including "Why Skyworth," a collection of poetry titled "Fragrance Along the Way," career-related novels such as "Job Net," management literature like "Winning with Concepts," and a career guidance handbook for college students titled "Ten Ambushes for College Graduates' Employment."
He has provided training sessions and services to over 100,000 people. He has personally mentored and trained more than 10,000 recent college graduates, many of whom have become key figures in well-known enterprises. Since 2020, he has been continuously selected as a member of the Hunan Provincial Vocational Guidance Expert Team. He serves as the Director of Xinjielian Learning and Education Committee at the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee United Front Work Department and President of the Luming Reading Club at Hunan University. He also plays a crucial role in establishing human resources systems and developing talent pipelines for businesses, serving as their chief expert and consultant.
