Jiusan Society Hunan University of Commerce Branch Carried Out ”Two Learnings and One Help” Learning Activity

The 71th anniversary of Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World War against Fascism Victory arose on September 3, Jiusan Society Hunan University of Commerce Branch carried out "two learnings and one help" learning activity.

The learning activity was presided over by vice chairman of Hunan University of Commerce Branch teacher Tang Xianghui. Firstly, doctor Zhao Xiaobo conveyed the meeting spirit of Jiusan Society Provincial Committee, and then professor Ouyang Zisheng-Branch chairman unscrambled the spirit of "the speech at the philosophy and social sciences work forum" by the general secretary Xi Jinping: firstly, insisting on and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics must pay high attention to philosophy and social sciences; secondly, insist on guiding role of Marxism in the philosophy and social sciences field in China; thirdly, accelerate to build philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics; fourthly, reinforce and improve Party leadership in philosophy and social science work, solve problems of academic styles and avoid academic corruption. Based on combining discipline and scientific research situation of Hunan University of Commerce, Society members were required to keep positive academic mentality and aspire to form great scholarship and real scholarship and integrate behaving, handling affairs and forming scholarship, and grasp the academic commanding height and finally realize self-worth. Meanwhile he hoped that Society members can have indomitable spirit, adapt to Hunan situation and accelerate economic and social development of Hunan when forming scholarship.

And then Society members conducted an enthusiastic discussion for the speech by general secretary Xi Jinping about philosophy and social science work. Finally, vice-head of the united front work department of the university Peng Xuewen spoke highly of this learning and exchange activity and hoped that all Branch members could contribute to the Hunan development on the basis of doing their own job well.
