Students of School of Finance in Class 0208 graduated in 2006 Return to the University for Celebrating Tenth Anniversary of Graduation

On June 18, nearly 30 alumni from Class 0208, School of Finance, graduated in 2006, returned to their alma mater to celebrate the tenth anniversary of graduation, recalling the past of classmates, freely talking about the reflections on life, and looking forward to the better future. They invited their former teachers to attend the party, such as Liu Saihong, the former teacher and current General Party Branch secretary of School of Finance, Yang Cailin, the head of the teaching and research section of Investment Science, Chen Xiuqian, the head of the teaching and research section of Finance, and Fu Zhengzheng, the original head teacher of this class.

First of all, the alumni visited the alma mater in the company of Fu Zhengzheng, and took a group photo over the Chufeng Bridge. The alumni all praised the great changes of the alma mater within the decade. When walking around the campus, the alumni recalled their sweet memories in the campus, which aroused all sorts of feelings in their mind. At noon, the alumni and their teachers had lunch together and held a warm and touching symposium before the meal. In the symposium, the alumni representatives expressed their pride for the rapid development and achievements of the alma mater and the faculty in recent years, showed their gratitude to the cultivation of the alma mater and the faculty, and gave their good wishes to their teachers. Then, Liu Saihong, the General Party Branch secretary, delivered a speech. She first showed the warm welcome to the alumni’s returning to the alma mater, expressed her sincere thanks to the alumni for their concern for and support to the school, hoped that all alumni would come back to college often and put forward good suggestions on the university development for jointly promoting the booming of the university and the faculty, and hoped that everyone would care of themselves when working hard for a career. Finally, Yang Cailin, Chen Xiuqian and Fu Zhengzheng all expressed their sincere wishes to the alumni.

One-day’s reunion in the alma mater ended in the cheers and laughter. The alumni all said that they would come back often in the future and expect another reunion, recalling  their friendship and love for the University at the foot of Tiger Hill. (Fu Zhengzheng, Zhang Gaoyang)
