Alumni Xiong Zhen Attended the 51st “HNUC Lushan Forum of Alumni and Entrepreneur”

On the afternoon of June 7, the 51st “Lushan Forum of Alumni and Entrepreneur” of HNUC was held in the Multi-function Lecture Hall of North Campus. Xiong Zhen, 2011-grade excellent alumnus from School of Computer Science & Information Technology, majoring in information management, made the lecture themed “with the original dream in mind, proceed with the ideal”, represented his three times of the entrepreneurial journey to more than 300 students, and encouraged students to keep the original dream in mind and stand up for themselves. The lecture was chaired by Yi Yumei, the Deputy Secretary of CPC General Branch of the School of Computer Science & Information Technology.

Xiong Zhen, from Yiyang, Hunan, is the chairman and CEO of Chuxin Culture Co., Ltd. He donated 6 love auction goods to our university in the First HNUC Campus Love Auction. All were auctioned with high price, and the income from auction goods would be used to fund the poor students.

In combination with the personal experiences, Xiong Zhen narrated his course of keeping the entrepreneurship for dream with plain language. He shared the growth and harvest of three times of the entrepreneurial journey from four chapters - preparation, exploration, start-up and prospect. He thought that we shall be determined for our own dream, difficulties were unavoidable in the process of struggle, but we shall still dare to have a try and learn lessons. Meanwhile, he emphasized that the contemporary university students shall spend more time on the meaningful events, and that the period of confusion is not bad and the key was that we shall keep our original dream and march forward courageously

In the interaction, Xiong Zhen talked with mentees cordially, and answered their questions patiently, receiving much applause from the present teachers and students.
