23 difficult graduates attending the symposium narrated the reasons of being unemployed and the following plans. Most of them said they were preparing for graduation paper, or wanted to find a job after the graduation. Besides, the development outside the province, preparation for civil service examination, refusal to take the job fitting in specialty, etc. were also the factors affecting the employment.

In terms of these opinions, the dean Zhong said, all of you shall make plans and arrangements for the future, the specialty of our school could help you easily find the job. Don’t be afraid, have enough confidence, and find your own position. The graduates having other ideas could first get a job and then choose it. And the graduates shall “go out”, rather than be confined to the job fair of our school. At the symposium, doctor He Tianxiang, Doctor Li Zhilong and other teachers also gave the guiding opinions.

Finally, the deputy secretary Guo Yihong said, the difficulty is just temporary and relative, don’t have any misunderstanding, and don’t get a job under the burden of difficulty. Wish every graduate smooth graduation and getting an ideal job.

After listening to the instructions, all students said they would seriously seek the employment and live up to the expectations of teachers. (Department of Network Communication, School of Tourism Management)
