Lushan Alumni& Entrepreneur Forum: Zhang Lu Gives Lecture on Learning and Growth Experience

On the afternoon of Oct. 20th, Zhang Lu, the 2011 graduate from the School of Law and Ph.D. candidate of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, delivered a lecture in Room 101 of Lezhi Building with the topic of “Lushan Alumni& Entrepreneur Forum: The Features and Learning Method of and in University.” Liu Qixiang, Party General Deputy Secretary of Law School, and other over 100 students from various colleges, attended the lecture.

In the beginning, Dr. Zhang Lu gave an account of his growing process and inspired all students in presence to adjust to educational environment and role changings. “University is a brand-new stage in our lives. We have to adapt ourselves to the new environment so as to win from the starting line.” Said Doctor Zhang Lu.

Later, Dr. Zhang Lu explained the importance of setting objectives, planning and accumulation in university. By citing examples of adventurer Bear Grylls and Marie Kondo, he told the attendees that with objectives and ability of accumulating, we could find the life value while playing. Dr. Zhang Lu encouraged students to choose suitable objectives for their growth, make reasonable plans for it and boldly put the plan into practice in order to accumulate experience and step forward to success. Then, Zhang shared his own experience from driving force, feedback mechanism, positive thinking to perseverance, which helped students with realizing the significant roles of learning mechanism and positive thinking in the university life.

Last, students raised their questions to Dr. Zhang Lu, including the difficulties and complexities they have come across in learning. Doctor Zhang answered their questions in a patient and detailed manner. After that, Deputy Secretary Liu Qixiang made a closing conclusion to this lecture.
