Entrepreneur Tan Shuguang Gave Lecture in School of Tourism Management

In order to deepen students’ understanding of professional knowledge and strengthen their practical ability, Tan Shuguang, an entrepreneur, at the invitation of the School of Tourism Management, gave a lecture entitled "Tourism and Business on Fingertips—Reflection in Era of Network"in Room F101 on May 5th .

Tan Shuguang was director of Hunan Huijing Investment Limited Corporation, and founder of Zijiaclub.com and expert on Hunan tourism investment. Tan began with the evolution of business mode since the reform and opening- up, pointing out that current consumption form was closely connected with Internet technology. Then, he gradually talked about community economy and tribal economy and provided a practical operating approach for students. Finally, he shared some relevant professional knowledge on operational module and profit point of his Zijiaclub.com, which broadened audience’s mind.

In warm atmosphere students asked questions actively. Director Tan also answered every question with patience and shared his own college experiences, which provided a reference for the students. At the end of lecture, Tan sincerely expressed his hopes and wishes for students and was greatly appreciated by Dean Zhong with all the students .
