During the activity, the delegation held government-university-enterprise collaborative employment promotion forums with the Zhejiang Provincial Talent Market and the Hangzhou Employment Management Service Center successively. The two sides had in-depth and enthusiastic discussions and reached consensus on talent cultivation, talent policies, supply and demand of talents, campus recruitment, long-term cooperation mechanisms and other aspects. In addition, the delegation visited key industrial parks and digital economy benchmark enterprises including Alibaba Cloud, Binjiang IoT Town, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and BrainCo. Through immersive visits, the delegation gained a profound understanding of how cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data and the Internet of Things have reshaped the industrial ecosystem, as well as the talent demand arising from the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the explosive growth of emerging industries.

Focusing on the goals of industrial demand matching, industry-education integration innovation and employment channel expansion under the wave of digital intelligence economy, this activity not only provided practical references for Hunan universities to accurately orient talent cultivation in the digital intelligence era, but also built a bridge for government-university-enterprise exchanges and cooperation between Hunan and Zhejiang, as well a***etween Hunan and Hangzhou.

The CPC HUTB Committee attaches great importance to graduate employment. Taking this activity as an opportunity, the Employment Guidance Division and all secondary schools will further improve special job fairs, university-local-enterprise cooperation and other work, injecting new impetus into the high-quality employment of our university's graduates.
