HUTB Holds Special Event for Cross-Regional Collaborative Employment Promotion & "Talents Gathering in Zhejiang" 2026 Joint Recruitment Fair for Large and Medium-Sized Cities

Spring breeze brings job opportunities to boost employment; Hunan-Zhejiang collaboration opens a new chapter. On the morning of March 12, HUTB, together with Zhejiang Talent Market, held a special event for cross-regional collaborative employment promotion and the "Talents Gathering in Zhejiang" 2026 Joint Recruitment Fair for Large and Medium-Sized Cities at the Fanghua Recruitment Hall. Zhou Shaofeng, Director of the Student Affairs Division of the Department of Education of Hunan Province, Wang Renping, Director of the Talent Exchange Department of Zhejiang Talent Market, and other officials attended the event. Yang Liangqi, a member of CPC HUTB Committee and Vice President of HUTB, accompanied the inspection.
This job fair is an important measure for HUTB to fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of college graduates, actively respond to the requirements of the Department of Education of Hunan Province on the follow-up work of cross-regional collaborative employment promotion activities. It is also an extension of the achievement***ade by the delegations led by Chief Leaders in visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities in Hangzhou.
At the job fair, the attending leaders had cordial exchanges with employers and graduates, learned in depth about the latest demands of the employment market, listened carefully to employers' feedback and suggestions on the university's talent cultivation, and kindly inquired about students' job-seeking intentions and employment status, encouraging them to seize opportunities and take the initiative in employment.
A total of 46 high-quality enterprises participated in the job fair, covering key fields such a***anufacturing, technology, culture and touri**, and consumption. More than 2,000 graduates from inside and outside the university attended the fair. The event was lively but orderly. Graduates took the initiative to communicate deeply with employers, fully demonstrating their professional abilities and practical experience. Employers gave comprehensive introductions to corporate development, position requirements and talent training systems, helping students evaluate job matching.
To improve job-seeking efficiency and employment success rate, three special service zones were set up at the fair, including resume guidance, AI simulated interview, and "Where Are the Seniors" digital intelligence ****ysis, providing whole-process guidance and support for students from career counseling to precise corporate matching.
To further deepen university-enterprise cooperation, many participating enterprises carried out in-depth exchanges with relevant schools, exploring new paths for university-enterprise cooperation with deans and teaching directors and seeking new opportunities for college students' employment.
The CPC HUTB Committee attaches great importance to promoting high-quality and full employment for graduates. The university will continue to strengthen communication and contact with human resources and social security departments, high-quality enterprises and alumni enterprises inside and outside the province, actively expand the college student employment market, continuously optimize employment services, and escort the high-quality and full employment of graduates.
