Young and Middle-aged Logistics Leaders Forum is held in Changsha.
[Rednet.cn] News on Jun. 3 (correspondent: Chao Jinwen, journalist: Liu Yibin) The Young and Middle-aged Logistics Leaders Forum sponsored by Hunan Modern Logistics Research Basis and undertaken by Hunan University of Commerce, Beijing Luojiesite Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Hunan Lulian Information Technology Co., Ltd. was held in Changsha on Jun. 2.
The topic of this seminar is “Big Data and Smart Logistics in New Era”. The participating experts deeply communicated and discussed the frontier dynamics of supply chain development with each other. Nearly 100 experts, scholars and scientific researchers who came from logistics system engineering field of Beijing Wuzi University, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, Guangzhou University, Hubei University of Economics, Wuhan University of Technology, Hunan University of Commerce as well as other scientific research institutes and enterprises were present in the forum.
He Mingke, a professor and vice President of Beijing Wuzi University made an academic report titled by “International Reference and Chinese Strategy of Modern Supply Chain Development” to clearly indicate that supply chain safety was the important content of national safety. Considering that supply chain governance system had developed into the hot issue during economic and social development, there was absolutely need to guarantee the policy formulation, talent cultivation and other aspects; taking Yunnan Xiongguan Agricultural Product Logistics Park as an example, Li Yanfeng, a professor and dean of Logistics College of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics, introduced the planning functions and key points of Fresh Agricultural Product Logistics Park and pointed out that logistics network planning shall carry out location analysis, demand analysis and market analysis to go after staggered development and avoid homogeneous cut-throat competition; Xie Ruhe, a professor and dean of College of Economic and Management of Guangzhou University, made an academic report titled by “Current Development Trend and External Effect of Agricultural Product Cold-chain Logistics” to indicate that cold-chain logistics would develop rapidly as people pursued the higher quality of life, as a result, cold-chain logistics would accordingly show the more globalized and professional development trend; Tao Juncheng, a professor and vice dean of College of Logistics and Engineering Management of Hubei University of Economics, and Li Wenfeng, a professor and vice dean of College of Logistics Engineering of Wuhan University of Technology gave the following academic speeches, namely, “High-quality Development: Logistics Undertaker of Fresh Agricultural Product Circulation” and “Reflections on Smart Logistics Technology Development”.
The local persons in charge of logistics enterprises in Changsha also made speeches one by one, such as, Guo Cheng, the General Manager of Changsha Zhengdu Network Technology, Liu Yajuan, the Deputy General Manager of Hunan Gaoqiao Market Co., Ltd. and Peng Yimin, the Chairman of Hunan Lulian Information Technology Co., Ltd. gave the following keynote speeches, namely, Technology Changes Logistics—How Can Enterprise Decrease Logistics Costs and Increase Benefits with Modern Technology, Reflections on GQ Supply Chain Public Service Platform Construction and Big Business Data Application and Design and Practice of Smart Logistics Network Architecture respectively.
In the academic exchange links, the young scholars spoke out freely to turn to the participating experts and scholars for doubts and issues during scientific research teaching, fund application, research and conclusion in the start-up stage of career, meanwhile, they also discussed the research frontier and hot issues about logistics system engineering on the basis of seminar topic.
