[Rednet.cn] News on May 18 (correspondent: Chao Jinwen, journalist: Liu Yibin) The 201st “Shuangqing Forum” sponsored by National Natural Science Foundation of China and undertaken by Hunan University of Commerce was held in Changsha on May 17-18.
Nine academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering (Wang An, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, Ling Wen, CHN Energy, Ding Lieyun, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chan Xiaohong, Hunan University of Commerce and Liu He, Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration & Development) gathered to discuss enterprise operation and service innovation management in digital economic era with more than 40 experts and scholars.
Hou Zengqian, the Deputy Director of National Natural Science Foundation of China made a speech to point out that “as the product of new technical revolution, a kind of new economic form and new resource allocation mode, the digital economy can intensively reflect the emerging technology innovation, commercial mode innovation and system innovation requirements. The key of increasing enterprise’s core competition lies in how to carry out operation management and innovation scientifically and reasonably under the digital economic environment.
The two-day forum is divided into one plenary lecture, three grouping reports, three grouping discussions and one centralized discussion & exchange. The participating experts have exchanged and discussed the digital think tank, intelligent manufacturing, smart supply chain management, medical resource sharing and other frontier issues in digital economic era deeply with the purpose of condensing & raising the important technical revolution which needs to be valued and solved in the enterprise operation management and service innovation field in the next three or five years, then, providing the theoretical and method supports for enterprise operation management and service innovation.
Wang An, the General Manager of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering made a speech titled by “Digital Think Tank Promotes Industry and Enterprise Digital Transformation” and pointed out that “as a kind of more open-minded public intellectual resource platform which emphasizes data aggregate and knowledge sharing, the digital think tank will make full use of its digital intelligence to amplify, superimpose and redouble the industry and enterprise innovation development under the support of digital resources.
Ding Lieyun, the President of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering made a speech for new engineering management issues under digital construction mode and pointed out that digital construction was developing into a kind of new engineering building mode as information technology and artificial intelligence technology was widely used in engineering. Except for building efficiency enhancement, the digital construction also brought the profound reform in building industry.
As for the exploration of industry innovation application and practice in big data era, Chen Xiaohong, the president of Hunan University of Commerce and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering made a speech to discuss the big data analysis and accurate governance of water resources in Xiangjiang River, the financial risk control of big data, environmental causes of chronic disease, accurate health management, accurate marketing and other fields.
As a kind of academic seminar which can promote interdisciplinary research and innovative culture construction, “Shuangqing Forum” is also deemed as an important means for National Natural Science Foundation of China to decide the preferred investment field and set up the significant research plan, moreover, which is an effective method to boost the prospective scientific research and realize the steering original achievements. This forum will be held for 20 times every year. The top-class experts and scholars in related fields will be invited to discuss the deep scientific problems, interdisciplinary and integrative basic scientific issues, as well as major policies and management problems about scientific funding system in the academic frontier or required by strategic demands of national development.
