The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has garnered worldwide attention. Insights from the Global Consumer Electronics Show held in January 2025 reveal that nearly 60% of cutting-edge innovations focus on AI-driven future service industries. These fields include digital healthcare, smart cultural tourism, and intelligent finance.
As the world's second-largest economy, China boasts a massive consumer market and hundreds of millions of diverse business entities. Beyond prioritizing AI applications in industrial and agricultural production, we also need to accelerate strategic planning with forward-looking vision to integrate AI into people's daily lives at a faster pace.
On one hand, we should actively build an open-source, innovative AI ecosystem. This includes advancing commercial applications of domestic general-purpose large language models like DeepSeek across finance, energy, and healthcare sectors to create benchmark use cases. Concurrently, we should promote computing power resource sharing and collaborative model iteration, as well as refine AI ethical value systems. On the other hand, multiple measures should be taken to guide social capital in supporting AI-enabled service industries. When encouraging social capital to invest in "AI+" projects, we should explore tax reduction incentives for relevant investors and optimize the full-cycle mechanism covering fundraising, investment, management, and exit.
More importantly, we should actively pool societal strengths to tackle a series of key common technologies critical to specific industries. By lowering AI application thresholds in daily life scenarios spanning clothing, food, housing, transportation, tourism, shopping, and entertainment, we aim to help all industries board the "AI express" and reap the dividends of technological advancement.
