Chief Leaders Visit Enterprises to Widen the Employment Channel and Make Every Effort to Ensure High-quality Employment of Graduates

In order to implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of college graduates, and deeply implement the "number one" project in the employment of college graduates, the Party Committee of HUTB formulated and issued the Implementation Plan of the Special Action of the Secretary and President Visiting Enterprises to Widen the Employment Channel (XDZ No.18 [2022]), and specially hold a promotion meeting for the employment of graduates. Chen Xiaohong, CAE Academician and Party Secretary, personally deployed the special action of visiting enterprises to widen the employment channel, and explicitly asked all chief leaders, heads of functional departments, secretaries and deans of schools to take the lead in "visiting enterprises to widen the employment channel", tapping high-quality employment resources, and creating all favorable conditions for graduates to have higher quality and fuller employment.
Chen Xiaohong, CAE Academician and Party Secretary, took the lead in visiting large enterprises and parks in the form of "field visit" and "cloud visit", including SANY Group, Sunward, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited, China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., Changsha National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Lens Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Development Group Co., Ltd., TRS Group Co., Ltd., to provide more than 300 jobs. Huang Xin, Vice Party Secretary and President, led a team to visit Beijing Jingshi (Changsha) Law Firm, Changsha Alumni Association and other alumni enterprises and alumni association units. Recently, all chief leaders, functional departments and schools have visited more than 50 employers and signed cooperation agreements through "field visit" and "cloud visit". The special action of "visiting enterprises to widen the employment channel" will continue until August this year.
The special action of "visiting enterprises to widen the employment channel" is an important way for HUTB to accurately connect with the major projects, major programs and important fields in the national development strategy and with the "14th Five-Year Plan" in Hunan and the strategic objectives of "Three Highlands and Four New Missions", and also the realistic demand for HUTB to comprehensively deepen the cooperation between university and enterprises, promote the integration of production and education, build a collaborative education mechanism, improve the quality of personnel training and promote the high-quality employment of graduates. HUTB has successively signed cooperation agreements with Management Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New District, Management Committee of Yuelu Mountain National University Science and Technology Town, Management Committee of Malanshan Video Creation Industry Park, SANY Group, Sunward, hina Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited, Changsha Jingjia Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Hunan Central South Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Aerospace Kaitian Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., National Innovation Center of Advanced Rail Transit Equipment and Huazhi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., so as to deeply integrate technology, R&D and personnel training, carry out order-based training, and seize the highland of digital talents.
