A Delegation led by President Huang Xin Investigates the Rural Revitalization in Haogenping Village

On the morning of November 24, President Huang Xin, Vice Presidents Luo Liren and Wang Tangpan of Hunan Beautiful Countryside Research Association, and heads of departments such as the CPC Organization Department went to Haogenping Village, Yantouzhai Town, Guzhang County for investigation, in the company of Ma Xueqing, Deputy Secretary of Guzhang County Committee of CPC, Zeng Chuanwen, Director of County People's Congress, Xie Zuzhi, Secretary of Yantouzhai Town Committee of CPC, and the poverty alleviation team stationed in the village and the Village Party Branch Committee and Villager Committee.
The delegation led by President Huang Xin inspected the collective economy of Haogenping Village, the office space and living environment of the poverty alleviation team, and the Morchella production base, visited and consoled the paired monitoring households in Haogenping Village. During the investigation, President Huang Xin listened carefully to the collective economic construction and the development of Morchella industry in Haogenping Village, and affirmed the construction and development of collective economy and Morchella industry in Haogenping Village. In the home of the paired help households, President Huang Xin learned about the family situation and personal income of the monitored households, and gave specific instructions to the follow-up help work of the poverty alleviation team.
Subsequently, all the staff held a research symposium in the conference room of the village hall. The symposium was presided over by Ma Xueqing, Deputy Secretary of Guzhang County Committee of CPC, who extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by President Huang Xin to investigate the rural revitalization in Haogenping Village, and introduced the related work and industrial development of rural revitalization in Guzhang County.
Chao Huang, Deputy Captain of the poverty alleviation team stationed in the village, reported on the basic village conditions of Haogenping Village, the related work of rural revitalization and resident assistance and the follow-up assistance plan. Xie Zuzhi, Secretary of Yantouzhai Town Committee of CPC, said that the town Committee of CPC will increase its support for rural revitalization, fully affirmed the rural revitalization assistance policies and work formulated by the poverty alleviation team, and thanked the poverty alleviation team for its contribution.
President Huang Xin expressed his gratitude to Guzhang County Committee of CPC, county government, Yantouzhai Town Committee of CPC, town government and village Committee of CPC for their concern, support and help to the poverty alleviation team, and thanked the county people's congress for its work in Haogenping Village during the poverty alleviation and difficulties tackling period, which laid a solid foundation for HUTB poverty alleviation team work. President Huang Xin fully affirmed the relevant work carried out by the poverty alleviation team, and instructed the poverty alleviation team stationed in the village to continue to do a good job in rural revitalization with due diligence, and do more practical things and do more good things.
President Huang Xin put forward three requirements for rural revitalization: First, properly prepare a plan, make further and more detailed revisions to the "14th Five-Year Plan", put the work in place by plan and year, and fully consider the long-term development plan of rural revitalization. Second, implement the responsibilities of the four parties. HUTB will make full use of its advantages to contribute to the industrial development, personnel training, cultural construction, organizational revitalization and ecological civilization of Haogenping Village. However, rural revitalization is a systematic project, which requires the joint efforts of all parties. In particular, the county committee of CPC, county government, Village Party Branch Committee and Villager Committee, the backing units and the villagers shall clarify their respective responsibilities and obligations, and work together to realize the comprehensive revitalization of Haogenping Village. Third, properly promote the industrial construction. Rural revitalization is the key, and talent revitalization is the foundation.
