HUTB Wins the Special Prize of the First "Star City Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Changsha

On November 22, the first "Star City Cup" Young S&T Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Changsha and the final of the 18th College Students S&T Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were held in Yuelu Sci-tech Innovation Port, and attended by Wang Tize, Deputy Secretary-general of Changsha Municipal People's Government, and other leaders attended. More than 1,000 projects from 22 universities and research institutes participated in this competition, and the final projects covered 7 major fields including new generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing and new materials.

Two innovative and entrepreneurial projects of HUTB stand out. Ruilikang - Collaborative Rehabilitation System of Upper and Lower Limbs for Hemiplegic Patients won the only special prize with the highest score in the audience and won the government subsidy award of 200,000 yuan; Zhenxian Kesu - "Geographical Indication" Fresh Brand Helps Rural Revitalization won the seventh place in the undergraduate group and was awarded 8,000 yuan by the government.

After seven innovation and entrepreneurship projects settled in Maker Space of HUTB won the financing award of "Red Maple Project" in Yuelu Mountain National University Science and Technology Town, HUTB once again won the grand prize in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
