Expert Review Meeting of "Research on Construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Public Service Platform" Held in HUTB

On the afternoon of November 24, the expert review meeting of "Research on Construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Public Service Platform" hosted by Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary and CAE Academician, sponsored by Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Affairs Center of Hunan Province and undertaken by HUTB, was held in Conference Room 206 in Technology Building. The meeting was attended by Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary and CAE Academician, Vice President Yi Mianyang, Zhou Shangyou, Party Committee Member, Deputy Director and First-class Inspector of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Affairs Center of Hunan Province, and Party Committee Member and Deputy Director Liu Feiyong, participated by Researcher Bei Xingya, former director of Hunan Provincial People's Government Development Research Center, Researcher Tang Yuwen, Director of Research Office of Hunan Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Nie Peijun, Party Secretary and Director of Xiangtan Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Development Center, Professor Fu Ming, former Dean of School of Computer and Communication Engineering of Changsha University of Science and Technology, and Researcher Li Hui, Director of Economic Research Institute of Hunan Academy of Social Sciences as evaluation experts, as well as the head of coordination service department of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Affairs Center in Hunan Province, the head of Scientific Research Administration Division of HUTB and members of the research group, and presided over by Deputy Director Zhou Shangyou.
Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary and CAE Academician, on behalf of HUTB and the research group, extended a warm welcome to the leaders and experts. She said that the research group attached great importance to research work, and organized capable forces to carry out a large number of field investigations inside and outside the province according to the spirit of relevant policy documents issued by the provincial Party committee and government, deeply analyzed the present situation of integration of public services and platforms in typical fields, the advanced experience of integration of public services and platforms in urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas at home and abroad, and put forward the construction scheme of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration public service platform and policy suggestions for institutional reform, and made a series of research results. She encourages experts to put forward valuable opinions and suggestions, and the research group to constantly improve the research results, deepen relevant research, make the project a national and exemplary model, and make greater contributions to the overall speed-up of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration.

In the review session, Professor Hu Dongbin from the Business School of Central South University reported the research situation and main achievements of the subject "Research on Construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Integration Public Service Platform ".
The review expert group agreed that the research ideas of this subject are clear, the analysis paradigm is standardized, the technical means are advanced, the research vision is broad, the problems are thoroughly revealed, the main means are prominent, and the countermeasures are highly operational. The relevant research results can provide important reference for accelerating the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration public service platform and the high-quality development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area. The research group has completed the established research tasks according to the requirements of Project Task Book. Therefore, it is agreed to pass the acceptance.
Deputy Director Zhou Shangyou summarized the review meeting. He pointed out that the field of public service is a key and difficult problem to be solved urgently in the development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration, an important livelihood project to enhance the sense of happiness and gain on part of citizens, and an effective measure to promote the construction of modern new Hunan and digital Hunan, which has very important strategic significance. Experts attending the meeting put forward good opinions and suggestions on the subject, and the research group shall further revise and improve the research report according to the opinions and suggestions of experts. He thanked the research group for its hard work, and hoped that the research group would make greater efforts to transform the research results into real productivity, jointly promote the construction of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan integration public service platform to achieve remarkable results, and strive to build a national model project.
