Professor Liu Siwei Attends 42nd Annual Meeting of the National Association of Trade and Economic Teaching in Colleges and Universities and Makes a Keynote Speech

On October 30, the 42nd Annual Meeting of the National Association of Trade and Economic Teaching in Colleges and Universities and the Frontier Forum of "First-class Trade Majors Construction and Disciplines Development under the Background of New Liberal Arts" were held in Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics. This annual meeting is conducted online and offline. An offline branch venue was set in Conference Room F104 in Zhicheng Building, attended by Liu Siwei, librarian of Hunan Research Institute of Literature and History, former counselor of Hunan Provincial People's Government and first-class honorary professor of HUTB, with a keynote speech, and participated by the leaders and team members of national first-class majors in trade and economy, as well as all students of class 2022 and 2023 majored in School ofEconomy & Trade.
In the theme report stage, Professor Liu Siwei gave an academic report on the theme of "attach importance to the research on the main experience of business development in New China over more than 70 years", and he deeply explained why we shall attach importance to the research on the main experience of business development in New China over more than 70 years from several aspects, such as "adhering to Marx's materialist view of history", "inheriting and carrying forward the precious thinking methods and working methods of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries", etc., and systematically summarized the successful experience of business development in New China over more than 70 years.
