HUTB Holds a Training Meeting on the Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in Colleges and Universities of the Communist Party of China

On the afternoon of November 2, HUTB held a training meeting on the Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in Colleges and Universities of the Communist Party of Chinain Conference Room 406 in the No.2 Office Building. Vice Party Secretary Xiao Xiaoqin attended and gave special training and the heads of relevant departments and secretaries of secondary Party organizations took part in.

Vice Party Secretary Xiao Xiaoqin, made a detailed interpretation of the revised Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations in Colleges and Universities of the Communist Party of Chinaissued by the Central Committee of CPC from four aspects such as the background of the revision, the main features and significance of the revision, the main contents, and the key issues to be managed in the implementation. He emphasized that Party organizations at all levels in HUTB shall conscientiously implement the new spirit and new requirements of the Regulationsand comprehensively strengthen the political construction of the Party in universities; adhere to and improve the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee; practically enhance the political function and organizational power of grass-roots Party organizations in universities; promote the development of Party members in universities; drive the deep Integration of ideological and political construction and Party building; focus on establishing a strong Party work team; and supplement the members according to procedures.

After the training meeting, a centralized study was organized on the relevant documents of the Party secretaries of universities in the province on the quantitative indicators of grass-roots Party building, and made arrangements for related work. (Written by Zhang Gaoyang)
