Vice President Yi Mianyang was invited to speak at the China-Africa Industry Chain Cooperation Forum. Student Volunteers of the School of Foreign Languages also participated in the expo and did excellent volunteer work at the venue.

Despite the impact of the epidemic, the overall scale of this year's expo and the number of joint projects surpassed those of the first expo. As the only university in Hunan Province that was selected as the executive director unit and vice president unit of CAETP at the same time, HUTB not only provided support as a think tank for China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, but also made positive contributions to talent cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship, and achievement transformation based on the national platform of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
