National Immigration Administration’s State-owned Assets Management Training Class Opened at HUTB

On the morning of July 20, the National Immigration Administration’s state-owned assets management training class was opened at HUTB. Zhang Wenjun, First Class Researcher at the Assets Management Division of the Logistics Support Department of the National Immigration Administration, Li Fuchao, Deputy Inspector General of Hunan General Station of Immigration Inspection, and Liu Guoquan, Vice President of HUTB, attended the opening ceremony, which was presided over by Zhong Zhiping, Dean of the School of Continuing Education.
Vice President Liu Guoquan delivered a welcome speech. In thespeech, he briefly introduced the university’s current status, teaching characteristics and development prospects. He said that the training class is a high-standard nationalone, and that the university has made thoughtful arrangements in teaching arrangement and logistics support and will build a platform for trainees to conduct effective communication, study and self-improvement.
Researcher Zhang Wenjun delivered a mobilization speech.In the speech,he said that the purpose of the training class is to earnestly strengthen the building of backbone team, improve the overall level of team, help the trainees to fully perform their duties, and achieve high-quality development of state-owned assets management for a new era. He put forward specific requirements for trainees, and expressed the hope that they will be able to enhance thinking and understanding abilities through study and to earnestly improve business capabilities.
Deputy Inspector General Li Fuchao said that holding the training class during the 100thanniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China is of great significance. He urged the trainees to persist in studying theory, study the history of the Communist Party of China wholeheartedly, study policy in accordance with standard, comprehensively improve all-round competence and quality, foster the noble spirit of being ready to take responsibility, strengthen the awareness of being brave to assume responsibility, and make new progress in state-owned assets management.
In terms of course design and arrangement, the training class is consistent with the new situation, new task and new requirement of state-owned assets management, and highlights the policy-oriented, forward-looking, science-based, wide-ranging, professional and practical features of course. Famous professors, scholars, professionals and practical experts in the fields of state-owned assets management, economics, politics and world affairs, and the study and education of CPC history were invited to give lectures on relevant key items, operation methods and case analysis.
During the training,all the trainees were also organized to conduct field study in Shaoshan, the revolutionary traditioneducation base. The training class lasted four days, and was attended by 142 leaders, cadres and backbone personnel from assets management departments under the National Immigration Administration inmore than 20 provinces and municipalities.
