Leaders of Hunan Women's University Visit HUTB for Investigation and Exchange

On the afternoon of July 5, a delegation comprised of 9 people from Hunan Women's University (HWU) led by Vice Presidents Zeng Fuqiu and Mo Wenbin visited HUTB for investigation and exchange. The meeting was attended by Liu Guoquan, Vice President of HUTB and participated in by the heads of the Enrollment and Employment Guidance Division, Alumni Association and other organizations of HUTB.
The exchange symposium was held in the conference room of the Enrollment and Employment Guidance Division. Zeng Fuqiu, Vice President of HWU, described the purpose of this visit, with a desire to exchange the typical experiences of both universities in terms of enrollment, employment and alumni, and at the same time enhance the cooperation between both universities and promote both universities to make greater progress in related work. Mo Wenbin, Vice President of HWU, introduced the typical practices of Hunan Women's University in terms of employment and entrepreneurship, and put forward the existing problems, hoping to promote the work of both universities through exchanges.
Liu Guoquan, Vice President of HUTB showed a warm welcome to the leaders of Hunan Women's University for the investigation and exchange. He elaborated on the achievements of HUTB in enrollment, employment, entrepreneurship and alumni. He said that employment is a "top leadership project" and a livelihood project. HUTB has continuously strengthened the top-level design, set the annual management responsibility targets, and formulated the reward and punishment mechanism. With regard to the enrollment, HUTB has improved enrollment quality by setting up target to catch up with similar colleges in the province, adjusting the level of recruiting students, and rationally arranging enrollment scale.
Participants exchanged views on specific issues in enrollment, employment, entrepreneurship and alumni.
After the meeting, the HWU leaders visited the enrollment and employment workplace and Chufeng Academy, and highly praised the achievements of HUTB.
