HUTB President Huang Xin Visits Hunan National Religious Affairs Committee to Deepen the Exchanges and Cooperation

On the morning of July 2, a delegation led by HUTB President Huang Xin visited Hunan National Religious Affairs Committee to hold an exchange and cooperation discussion. The meeting was attended by Liu Hongfu, Party member and Deputy Director of Hunan National Religious Affairs Committee, and participated by the heads of Cultural and Educational Department, Supervision and Inspection Department and offices of Hunan National Religious Affairs Committee, and heads of School of Marxism Studies, School of Sport and Health College, Student Affairs Division, Youth League Committee and Scientific Research Administration Division of HUTB.

President Huang Xin introduced the historical evolution and development status of HUTB, the development achievements in the work of "Three Upgrades", discipline construction, scientific research, social services, etc. under the leadership of Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary and Academician of HUTB, the goal of "Three Upgrades and Three Highlands" established by the Party Congress of HUTB, and the related work to carry out national unity and progress for more than 1,500 minority students and build a strong awareness education of the Chinese nation community. He hoped that the two sides would carry out strategic cooperation, promote national unity and progress in the new era, and make contributions to building a modern new Hunan.

Deputy Director Liu Hongfu spoke highly of the achievements in scientific research, personnel training, social services and cultural construction by HUTB. He said that Hunan National Religious Affairs Committee will further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with HUTB, give policy support in the establishment of demonstration organization of national unity and progress, the development of national sports and the research of national theory, discuss with HUTB to build relevant research institutions and platforms, and provide the intellectual support, talent support and scientific and technological services for the "Three Highlands and Four New Missions" strategy of Hunan and national unity and progress through the deepening of cooperation.

Participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the consciousness of the Chinese nation community in the campus, expanding of national sports, cross fusion with "new technology, new business and new liberal art", and promotion of rural revitalization in ethnic areas.
