A Delegation Led by Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary of HUTB and CAE Academician, Visits Haogenping Village, Yantouzhai Town, Guzhang County for Investigation

On the morning of June 29, a delegation composed of the heads of Party Committee Office and Principal Office, CPC Organization Department, Finance Division, Logistics Management Service Center, Youth League Committee, School of Business Administration and School of Continuing Education led by Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary of HUTB and CAE Academician and other leaders and members of Party Committee visited Haogenping Village, Yantouzhai Town, Guzhang County for investigation. A symposium was held, attended by Deng Xiaodong, Secretary of CPC Guzhang County Committee, Chen Rui, Deputy Secretary of CPC Guzhang County Committee and acting county magistrate, and Xie Zuzhi, Secretary of CPC Yantouzhai Town Party Committee. The Investigation was accompanied by the rural revitalization resident assistance team in the village, and the party branch and Party committee of Haogenping Village.

The leaders of HUTB inspected the collective economy of Haogenping Village, the office space and living environment of the resident assistance team, the production base of Morchella and blueberries, and visited the poor households in the village. During the investigation, Secretary Chen Xiaohong listened carefully to the introduction of collective economic construction and industrial development in Haogenping Village, and fully affirmed the development achievements of Haogenping Village.

Subsequently, all the staff watched the awarding ceremony of the July 1 Medal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in the conference room of the village hall and held a research symposium. The symposium was presided over by Chen Rui, Deputy Secretary of CPC Guzhang County Committee and acting county magistrate. Deng Xiaodong, Secretary of CPC Guzhang County Committee, on behalf of Guzhang County, extended a warm welcome to the delegation led by Secretary Chen Xiaohong for investigation and guidance of rural revitalization in Haogenping Village. He gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation of Guzhang County and the development of rural revitalization, and thanked HUTB for its strong support for rural revitalization in Guzhang County. He said that Guzhang County will vigorously support the resident assistance team, and expressed the hope that Haogenping Village will be built better with the help of HUTB.

Xie Xiaoming, Leader of the resident assistance team, reported on the basic village conditions and rural revitalization resident assistance plan of Haogenping Village. Xie Zuzhi, Secretary of CPC Yantouzhai Town Committee, introduced the basic plan of rural revitalization, and expressed his affirmation and gratitude for the related works of the resident assistance team.

Xiao Xiaoqin, Vice Party Secretary of HUTB, said that HUTB resident assistance team will do its best to give the assistance, and put forward several work requirements for the team: first, make the base bigger, the output higher and the efficiency stronger; second, give play to the demonstration and leading role of grassroots party organizations and build a strong team; third, build the charming Xiangxi and manage the living environment; fourth, build the rural customs and carry forward the fine rural culture; fifth, strengthen the guidance and training of talents, and attract talents to return to villages.

Chen Xiaohong, Party Secretary of HUTB and CAE Academic, thanked CPC Guzhang County Committee and County Government, and CPC Yantouzhai Town Committee and Town Government for their great attention. She stressed that the rural revitalization of Haogenping Village shall be conducted from five aspects: First, properly draft the five-year rural planning. Carefully analyze the local characteristics and advantages, and promote the coordinated development of rural primary industry and tertiary industry according to "14th Five-Year Plan" of the county and the functional orientation of township areas. HUTB will present the planning blueprint with project management, push forward the project construction and implementation with heart, emotion and effort, and give a certain scale of financial support in industrial revitalization, infrastructure construction, rural civilization construction and village appearance construction every year. Second, conduct the construction of "one village, one brand". Scientifically plan the construction and development of Morchella and blueberry production bases, and develop the products reflecting the characteristics of Guzhang; give full play to the advantages of HUTB's disciplines and improve the adaptability of products to the market through the product creativity and packaging design; vigorously cultivate the talent team of e-commerce and livestream marketing through the guidance of big data analysis. Make use of the professional resources of HUTB to make the industry bigger and stronger, and further expand the collective economic income of village. Third, strengthen the infrastructure construction. Further improve the infrastructure of village, improve the living environment, fully tap the advantages of local culture, create a beautiful village with Xiangxi cultural characteristics, and take the development mode of combining agriculture with tourism to promote the sustainable and healthy development of village industries. Fourth, consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and difficulties tackling under the guidance of Party building. Promote the construction of grassroots Party organizations, build a "team of grassroots Party organizations that can't be taken away", gradually improve the poverty-returning preventive assistance mechanism, and further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation. Fifth, highlight the advantages of HUTB and strengthen the educational assistance. We will make positive contributions to the development of rural revitalization talents by providing various assistances, such as the education support by college students, subsidy for poor students and poverty alleviation volunteer services for young people.

Finally, Secretary Chen Xiaohong said that HUTB has set up a rural revitalization research center, hoping to carry out strategic cooperation with Guzhang County in rural revitalization, gradually strengthen rural revitalization research, and jointly explore and build a successful, replicable and typical rural revitalization demonstration village and a scalable industrial revitalization development model, so as to set a typical demonstration for national rural revitalization research and promotion.
