HUTB Graduate Students Achieve Outstanding Results in the 6th MPAcc Enterprise Case Contest of Hunan Province

From April 27 to 28, the 6th“Tianzhi Cup” College MPAcc Enterprise Case Contest of Hunan Province hosted by the Department of Education of Hunan Province was held in Hunan Agricultural University. 52 student teams from 13 colleges and universities in the province participated in the contest. The student team selected by the School of Accounting, HUTB, was awarded 1 first prize and 2 third prizes. He Yong and Gong Yuanjing were awarded the “Excellent Instructor Award”.
The contest is an important measure to deepen the reform of postgraduate education, accelerate the construction of the degree program of accounting discipline, enhance the innovation ability and professional practice ability of graduate students, and improve talent training quality. This year’s contest received strong support from HUTB and the School of Accounting. During the second round of the contest, instructors organize the participating team to conduct field investigation, collect relevant data, perform in-depth analysis of the internal control and risk management of an enterprise, propose a solution to the existing problem of the enterprise, and prepare investigation report.
Through this year’s contest, HUTB promoted study and teaching, improved the graduate students’ ability to analyze and solve a problem, and strengthened the awareness of teamwork, which helps the School of Accounting to accumulate experience in postgraduate talent training, improve training quality and form training characteristics.
