Vice President of University of South China Lei Xiaoyong Visited HUTB for research and Exchange

On the morning of December 4, Lei Xiaoyong, Vice President of University of South China (USC), visited HUTB and held an exchange session. The event was attended by Peng Jinqing, Vice President of HUTB, and officials from Capital Construction Division, Logistics Service Division, Security Division and Finance Division.
The exchange session was held in the Conference Room 702 of No.2Office Building. At the meeting, Vice President Peng Jinqing talked about HUTB’s campus construction, basic situation of management and work concept. He pointed out that in recent years, HUTB’s leaders, attaching high importance to campus construction, conducted deployment and supervision to promote substantial progress in various endeavors. HUTB’s functional departments have implemented the leaders’ work requirements with a practical working style. HUTB’s campus has taken on an entirely new look, which gains acclaim among teachers, students and people from all walks of life.
Vice President Lei Xiaoyong elaborated on USC’s campus construction, basic situation of management and challenges it faces. He said that in recent years, HUTB has witness rapid development, significant increase of comprehensive strength and visible progress in campus construction and management. He expressed readiness to draw lessons from HUTB’s experience in campus construction and management to help USC secure new progress in campus construction and management.
Participants had an in-depth discussion and exchange of views on campus planning and construction, improvement and upgrade and campus management.
After the meeting, Vice President Lei Xiaoyong also paid visits to HUTB’s teaching places, including Xiande Maker Academy, Economic Management Comprehensive Building and Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Creative Park, during which he spoke highly of the beautiful and humanistic campus with complete infrastructure and security facilities.(Reported by Zhang Gaoyang)
