HUTB Won the Title of "Province-level Key Unit Security Work's Advanced Collective"

A few days ago, the Public Security Department of Hunan Province issued the Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Advanced Individuals in Province-level Security Defense Key Unit's Security Work in 2018-2019(XGH (2020) No. 38). The security departments of 13 colleges and universities, such as the Security Department of Hunan University of Technology and Business (Division), the Coach Service Camp of the National University of Defense Technology and the Security Department (Division) of Central South University, were awarded the honorary title of "Province-level Key Unit Security Work Advanced Collectives."

In recent years, the Security Department (Division) of HUTB, under the guidance of the higher level Public Security Department and HUTB, has earnestly carried out the Regulations on Internal Security Defense of Enterprises and Public Institutionsissued by the State Council, further built a robust security working mechanism, and obtained significant achievements in the construction of security facilities, intelligence and information work, key personnel control, prevention and suppression of various illegal and criminal activities, assistance of public security organs in investigating illegal and criminal cases, prevention and proper handling of unstable factors, etc. We have made positive contributions to maintaining the internal political stability and public security of the public institutions, as well as establishing related facilities and measures to ensure the security of both "colleges and universities" and "Hunan."
