The 2020 First Standing Council of Hunan Academic Degree and Graduate Education Association Was Convened in HUTB

On the afternoon of Oct. 10, the 2020 First Standing Council of Hunan Academic Degree and Graduate Education Association undertaken by HUTB was held in the Conference Room 401 of the No. 2 Office Building. Yan Shengli, director of Hunan Provincial Academic Degree office, Zeng Fuqiu, vice president of HUTB, and over 30 people concerning Director General, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the society attended the conference. During this period, academician Chen Xiaohong, the President of HUTB, visited the experts and scholars attending the conference in person.

At the conference, Vice PresidentZeng Fuqiu delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the school, as well as briefly introduced the construction and development of Hunan University of Technology and Business in recent years. Afterwards, Jiang Jianhui, Director General of Hunan Academic Degree and Graduate Education Association and Vice Principal of Hunan University, delivered a speech. At this conference, it completed the re-election of the Vice Chairman and Executive Director of the Hunan Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Association, selected the "advanced units" and "advanced individuals" of Hunan Province's Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education in 2019, and discussed related matters and the next work plan related to 2020 annual meeting of the Association.

Finally, Yan Shengli, director of the Hunan Provincial Academic Degree office, made a concluding speech. Meanwhile, Director Yan also interpreted the application policies of degree-granting units/degree sites, and compared this year's application requirements with the previous round of application requirements.
