Deputy Secretary-General Xu Yan of Runzhou District of Zhenjiang Conducts Investigation and Exchange in HUTB

On the afternoon of September25, Xu Yan, Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the Organization Department of Runzhou District of Zhenjiang, and other four government officers conducted investigation and exchange in HUTB. Party Secretary-General Tang Yayang, Gan Dejian, a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Organization and United Front Work Departmentwere present, and heads of the Party Committee Office and Principal Office, Personnel Division, Scientific Research Administration Division, and Enrollment and Employment Guidance Division attended the seminar. The seminar was presided over by Mr. Gan.

The seminar was held in MeetingRoom 702 of No. 2 Office Building. During the seminar, Mr. Tang introduced HUTB’s development history, schooling achievements, work on innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship, discipline construction, academic and scientific research, university-local cooperation, and local features of Hunan Province; he expected to establish long-term cooperation mechanisms with Runzhou District to focus on key fields and produce high-quality achievements, and highly recommended that both parties should strengthen exchange, help each other forward and realize these goals together in the coming days.

Ms. Xu introduced the geographical characteristics, historical culture, humanistic connotations, featured industries and development superiority of Zhenjiang, and expressed the goals to conduct deep cooperation with HUTB in industrial development and talent cultivation and help Runzhou District activate new vitality and realize new development by virtue of HUTB’s discipline and talent advantages, and also welcomed the leaders and experts of HUTB to Runzhou District for investigation and exchange.

Last, the attendees conducted deep exchanges and discussions about industry-university-research cooperation, talent exchange, etc.
