HUTB Held Online Video Conference on University-Enterprise Cooperation

In order to further promote HUTB's talenttraining and employment work, fully understand the needs of employers, and promote the smooth employment of graduates, on the morning of may 21, HUTBheld an online video conference on University-Enterprise Cooperation in conference room 702 of the second office building. Personnel directors of 11 enterprises and institutions, including Yiwu Talent Service Center, Broad Group, WasionGroup, MendaleGroup, Xiangjiang New District Development Group, Sany Group, Lansi Technology, Tangrenshen, Bubugao, Ape Tutorship, Great Wall Technology, etc., were invited to attend the meeting online. Tang Yayang,Secretary of the Party Committeeof HUTB, attended the meeting, with the heads of the Enrollmentand Employment Guidance Division, the Academic Affairs Division, the Entrepreneurship Education and Practical Teaching Center and other departments participating.
At the meeting, the personnel supervisor of each participating unit introduced the basic situation of the unit and the demand for talent recruitment in turn, analyzed the current macroeconomic and employment situation, put forward opinions and suggestions to promote the employment of graduates, and expressed their expectation to further deepen the university-enterprise cooperation with HUTB, and will actively connect with HUTBin the employment of graduates. The persons in charge ofthe the Enrollmentand Employment Guidance Division, the Academic Affairs Division, the Entrepreneurship Education and Practical Teaching Centerexpressed their heartfelt thanks to the participating companies and institutionsfor their long-term help and support tothe study, growth and development of our students. They introduced the work on promoting graduates employment, talenttraining, entrepreneurship practice and other aspects of HUTB, and exchanged opinions with the participating units on specific issues of university-enterprise cooperation such as practical training, lectures, employment and entrepreneurship, online recruitment, communication and coordination.
Secretary Tang Yayang pointed out that due to Covid-19 impact, the employment of college graduates is currently facing a grim situation. HUTB, taking full advantage of the whole universityto serve forthe employment of graduates, has formulated and issued the “One Hundred Day Employment Fortification Action” plan for the 2020 graduates of HUTB. Through various measures such as expanding the employment market, strengthening employment guidance, and organizing online recruitment, it is determined to win the tough battle for the employment of graduates. He hoped that the participating companies and institutionswould stand at the height of the overall situation of the country, do a solid job in the “six stabilities” and “six guarantees", further strengthen cooperation with the universities, establish a communication and coordination mechanism, innovate personnel training modes, jointly promote the employment of graduates to achieve good results, and strive to win both epidemic prevention and control as well as realization of economic and social development goals.
