Professor Wang Minggao of Our University Winning the Title of Hunan Think Tank Leading Talent

On the morning of December 14, Hunan think tank construction working conference and Hunan think tank forum (2019) is held in Changsha where spirits of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party and the Central Economic Working Conference are deeply learnt and implemented with summary of achievements, commendation of the advanced personnel and exchange of experience as well as the think tank construction is studied and deployed.
