Academician Chen Xiaohong of Our University Won the Title of "Outstanding Expert of Hunan Province"

In the afternoon of Sep. 28, the Commendation Conference for Outstanding Experts and Technical Experts of Hunan Province was held in Changsha, and Xie Jianhui, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor attended. The award of "Outstanding Experts of Hunan Province" aims to commend outstanding high-level talents who have made outstanding contributions to the economic construction, social development and scientific and technological progress of Hunan Province. This year, 20 experts, including President & Academician Chen Xiaohong of our university and 6 academicians, won this award. This not only reflects the continuous improvement of scientific research and innovation ability, comprehensive competitiveness and social influence of our university, but also has great significance to promote the "Double First-rate" construction of our university.

Through the constant exploration in decision-making theory and decision support system, big data analysis, SME financing, new generation of information technology and national ecological security strategy, academician Chen Xiaohong found the project management theory and method system of "integrated dynamic intelligent quantification", constructed two-oriented society standards and other green project standards, proposed a new coordinated management mode of green project, and developed the technology and platform of environmental big data analysis and decision-making, making positive contributions to the scientific development of national management and decision-making, efficient and green development of resources and precise environmental governance. She has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Excellent Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the first prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Universities, Guangzhao Science and Technology Award, Fudan Outstanding Contribution Award of Management, etc., and has been selected as "Highly Cited Researcher".

Academician Chen Xiaohong, as an outstanding management science and engineering management expert in China, has made outstanding contributions to the scientific development of national management and decision-making, efficient and green development of resources and precise environmental governance.
