Academician Chen Xiaohong came on the List of People of the Year by China Management in 2018

From Oct. 13 - 14, under the sponsorship of China Management Science Society, "2018'Dong Shahu-China Management Forum 100" with the theme of "New Era · New Idea · New Technology · New Management" was held in Suzhou. In this forum, the news conference on Blue Book of Management · Annual Report on Management in China (2018) was held, and the value person, organizations and cases of China management in 2018 were published. President Academician Chen Xiaohong was selected as one of the annual value person of China management in 2018 and ranked top 10.

Blue Book of this year was optimized and upgraded on the basis of the blue books of the previous five years. Through the wide information collection, interviews with experts and entrepreneurs, case tracking research, statistical analysis of data, monitoring from the professional media and other research methods, and by combining with the evaluation system of the management value, a comprehensive analysis was made to the 2017 - 2018 China management development, and annual value hot words, figures, organizations and cases of China management were selected. It showed the basic trend of 2017 - 2018 China management development.

Blue Book of Management · Annual Report on Management in China (2017) released China management value evaluation system for the first time. Starting from management function, management performance and management efficiency, the system selected the figures, organizations and cases in the period from 2016 to Jul. 2017 that brought active and significant management effect to the organizational development and social progress through the efficient and continuous management mechanism operation, management structure optimization, management function implementation and management action implementation. During the initial selection stage of samples, the research group fully considered the timeliness, social influence, innovation degree and impact on the economic and social benefits.

Blue Book of Management · Annual Report on Management in China (2018)  still set the general survey questionnaire based on management function, management performance and management efficiency. After the questionnaire was formed, a general survey of large samples was conducted, and 4,031 pieces of online questionnaires were finally obtained, and management figures with the accumulated votes ranking top 30 were selected. For the 30 selected candidates, the figures who ranked top 10 upon the "peer evaluation" were formally published.

A total of 30 representative organizations was selected according to the big data analysis, expert interview, medium monitoring, case analysis and other methods and based on the wide investigation. Subsequently, the expert evaluation was conducted to the selected 30 organizations through the management value evaluation system, and the organizations that ranked top 10 were formally published.
