Professor Wang Chongming of Zhejiang University Presented a Lecture in Our University

On Oct. 12, Senior Professor Wang Chongming of Zhejiang University was invited to deliver an academic report titled "Entrepreneurship Education and Upgrade Action" in our University. The report meeting was presided over by Vice President Liu Guoquan. Persons in charge of Business School, School of Tourism Management and School of Accounting, discipline leaders and persons in charge of majors, and all members of Entrepreneurship Education and Practice Teaching Center and Office of Academic Affairs attended the meeting.

Professor Wang Chongming systematically analyzed the new trend and update action of entrepreneurship education through the three progresses made by the entrepreneurship education, three challenges faced by the entrepreneurship education and three upgrade actions of the entrepreneurship education. Taking the entrepreneurship education of Zhejiang University as an example, he mainly expounded such progresses as the formation of subject system of entrepreneurship education, comprehensive development of innovation and entrepreneurship, research and application of innovation and entrepreneurship education, proposed the capacity building, thinking strategies and other challenges faced by the innovation and entrepreneurship, and emphasized the occupational guidance strategy, professional innovation strategy and international expansion strategy. Professor Wang Chongming explained profound theories in simple language, and the participants studied carefully and discussed relevant problems.    

Wang Chongming is a senior professor of Social Sciences Academy, Zhejiang University, Director of Zhejiang University's Global Entrepreneurship Research Center, Chinese representative of International Business Management Certification AMBA, former Executive Vice-President of School of Management of Zhejiang University, Director of Human Resource and Strategic Development Research Center of Zhejiang University, doctor of industrial psychology returned from the abroad, doctoral supervisor of Business Management and Industrial Psychology of Zhejiang University and Business Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
