The Incorruptible Hunan Officials Transmit the Incorruptible Voice to Nepal Officials

The Foreign Aid Training Project sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by Provincial Department of Commerce, “2018 Nepal Anti-corruption Measures and Practice Training Class was held in Hunan International Business Vocational College on Apr. 16-May. 6. The government Officials in anti-corruption inspection field, such as, Nepal Office of the President, Ministry of Finance, General Accounting Office, National Guard Center, Power Abuse Investigation Committee participated in the course. Wang Minggao, the chief expert of Collaborative Innovation Center for Incorruptible Government Construction and Deng Lianfan, the chief expert of Hunan Province Incorruptible Construction Research Basis taught anti-corruption courses for the training class and shared the successful experience of Chinese government in anti-corruption field withNepalOfficials.
Titled by “Study on Chinese and Foreign Anti-corruption System”, professor Wang Minggao introduced the achievements of world anti-corruption organization (such as, United Nations Convention against Corruption and International Criminal Police Organization) in the anti-corruption system construction, international extraction of corruptive criminals and corruption perceptions index, reviewed the anti-corruption experience of China in the Official anti-corruption, severe anti-corruption, campaign against corruption and system anti-corruption, introduced the scientific system anti-corruption system based on family property declaration system, financial real-name system, credit assurance number system of citizens, finally, analyzed the development of anti-corruption system in new era by taking supervisory system reform as example.
The professor Deng Lianfan introduced the meaning, status, significance, contents and effects of Xi Jinping Thought on Corruption, expounded that Xi Jinping thought on corruption was an important part of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, an organic unity of a series anti-corruption discourse of Xi Jinping as well as the ideological weapon and action guidance of Chinese thought against corruption in new era.
The speeches of these two experts received unanimous praise fromNepalOfficials. This training class not only provided an important platform forNepalgovernment Officials in the anti-corruption supervisory field to learn and exchange the successful experience in anti-corruption field with Chinese government, but also laid solid foundation for their cooperation in the anti-corruption field in the future.
Considering that experts of Collaborative Innovation Center for Incorruptible Government Construction are active in participating in the foreign aid anti-corruption training, it is deemed as an important measure to strengthen the anti-corruption international exchange, solve the corruptive issues faced by human beings and make the sound of Hunan. Moreover, this action not only closely focuses on the strategic thoughts emphasized by Xi Jinping (namely, build the community with a shared future for mankind, set up the new international anti-corruption order and make the “Belt and Road Initiatives” clean), but also fully reflects the Hunan spirits, namely, “care for the whole world”.
