Our University Won Golden Award of the First Chinese Talents Cultivation of Logistics of Higher Education and ”Innovation and Entrepreneurship” Education

On December 1-2, the "2016 Boao International Logistics Forum" (hereinafter referred to as "the forum") which took "Intelligent, Connection and Reform" as the theme was held in the International Conference Center of Boao Forum for Asia. The forum was established and sponsored by China Communications and Transportation Association, Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and Department of Transportation, moreover, Shanghai Maritime University served as the co-sponsor, and China Logistics City Alliance and Logistics Times Weekly served as the organizers.

More than 2,000 leaders and guests who came from enterprises and universities were present in the forum, including Zhou Keren, the former deputy minister of Commerce; Wan Min, the director and general manager of China COSCO Shipping Group Co., Ltd.; Yang Hongyi, the secretary general of China Communications and Transportation Association; Ni Wei, the deputy secretary general of China Communications and Transportation Association; Ernirilete, the deputy minister of Railways of Mongolia and the chief executive of National Railway Corporation; Xie Jiabo, the senior consultant of Prime Minister Office of Israel, etc.

The two-day forum activities include: Issue Boao Logistics Manifesto, unveil the plaque of Chinese Logistics 100 Persons (Think tank) and Chinese Logistics University Alliance. As the wining unit and the member of Chinese Logistics University Alliance, our university was invited and selected as the initial member in Chinese Logistics University Alliance.

The 2016 Chinese Logistics Industry Award-"Jinfeima Award" Evening Party, which was held in December 1 awarded more than 10 prizes in the city, enterprise and talent cultivation fields.

HNUC won the first Chinese Logistics University Talent Cultivation and "Public Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation" Education Achievements Gold Prize - "Jinfeima" award, therefore, our university became one of the ten universities which won the foregoing award. It can be said that the award was the affirmation and commendation for the professional and comprehensive reform construction which was conducted by the national-level logistics management & teaching team under the leadership of the professor Huang Fuhua.
