Hunan University Students Enterprise Simulation Operation Competition Was Held in Our University

From September 27 to 29, Hunan First University Students Enterprise Simulation Operation Competition hosted by Education Department of Hunan Province, undertaken by HNUC, and sponsored and provided with the technology platform support by Seentao Technology Co., Ltd. was held in our university. Xu Wei, the deputy inspector of Education Department of Hunan Province, Chen Xiaohong, the president of our university, and Zhou Qianjin, the vice president of Seentao Technology Co., Ltd. attended the opening ceremony. Zeng Fuqiu, the vice-president of our university, and Zhang Ping, the deputy director of Higher Education Office of the Education Department of Hunan Province, attended the closing ceremony.
The deputy inspector Xu Wei thought that this competition is an important measure of promoting the public entrepreneurship and innovation, is required for vigorous training the high-quality applied talents, who are good at operation and management, and provides a platform of learning exchange and practice for university students.
President Chen Xiaohong expressed her warm welcome to all competitors from different colleges and universities. She said, the management shall take application practice as guidance, combine theory and practice, macro and micro, and qualitative and quantitative. She thought that, we can clearly know the enterprise operation methods and skills, and lay a solid foundation for the future employment and entrepreneurship through the simulation of competition. And the combination of Internet+ with enterprise simulation can adapt to the contemporary demands more. She hoped that all students can know the current new opportunities and challenges, and embrace the changes to lay a solid discipline and practice foundation, application and entrepreneurial ability in the future.
62 teams from 32 colleges and universities including Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Xiangtan University, Hunan Agricultural University, etc. participated in this competition, and after the fierce competition for one and a half days, 6 teams including HNUC won the first prize; 12 teams including Xiangtan University won the second prize; 14 teams including Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology won the third prize. 4 teams of our university won 2 first prizes and 2 second prizes.
The successful holding of University Students Enterprise Simulation Operation Competition has built the platform for the mutual learning and exchange between the students who come from Economics and Management Specialty of Colleges and Universities in the whole province. Meanwhile, the skill display and fair competition stage are also provided for the participating students, which will certainly promote the provincial colleges and universities to further deepen education and teaching reform, and enhance the innovative and application-type talent cultivation quality.
