Our School Elected as Advanced Higher Institution of Admission in Hunan Province

On April 19th, Hunan Provincial Education Examination Board held the 2015 Annual Honoring and Work Summary Conference for Examination and Admission of Higher Institutions in Hunan & the 2016 Working Conference for Provincial Examination and Admission. The conference praised the advanced colleges and universities of admission, which included Hunan University of Commerce.
With the close attention paid by the school Party committee and the supports given by all schools and departments, the admission department of our school has been making unified and complete arrangements in admitting studentswith the principle of “Justice, Fairness and Openness”. Our school’s admission is characterized by standardized process, strict discipline, and clear responsibility. We also consciously accepted supervision from our superior institutions and the public. During the past year, we focused on our objective of “three upgradings” and successfully accomplished work, ranging from the organization of entrance examination for art specialties students from other provinces, declaration and formation of the annual admission plan, the enrollment campaign and students source organization, admission, freshmen orientation, eligibility review to the unveiling of school for excellent students sources, according to our annual job objectives. The quality and level of admission work has been continuously improved, with the number of students whose scores are above thecollege entrance examination score line for key universities accounting for 34% of the provincial plan.
