Prof. Yang Hong Elected as Expert Enjoying State Council Special Subsidy

Recently, with the permission of the State Council, Hunan Human Resource and Social Security Bureau issued the File No.【2015】59 and announced the name list of persons who enjoy the special subsidy of the State Council in 2014. Prof. Yang Hong of our school was elected hereto became the 10th professor of our school in that list.

Starting from 1990, the Special Subsidy of the State Council is a subsidy given to experts, scholars and technicians who made great contribution to the country by the Party Central Committee and the State Council.
