HNUC President Chen Xiaohong Delivers Talk on Engineering Summit Forum in Guangzhou

May 16th -17th,, 2015 International Summit Forum on Engineering Science and Technology Development Strategy was held in southern China’s Guangzhou Province. The forum was jointly held by Chinese Academy of Engineering and Guangzhou People’s Government with more than 500 experts and researchers attending the forum.

HNUC president Chen Xiaohong was invited as a special guest to the summit and delivered a speech on engineering management theories and practices. President Chen suggested that innovative theories and methods were needed to structure a standardized certification system for engineering management. The speech was met with applause and attracted extensive attention from the summit participants.

Chen Xiaohong was among the potential candidates for Chinese Academy of Engineering. Chen’s talk on the summit forum helped raise HNUC’s profile and boosted the morale for all HNUC faculties.
